You can search and filter to find relevant feedback.

Click each piece of feedback to see more detals on the customer and to save notes.

The email builder enables you to create HTML email to send via any 3rd party email system.

Tagged emails mean the customer only needs to click once.

The feedback is automatically recorded but still allows the customer to provide further details.
